We're looking for a Publishing Operations Associate (Junior+/Middle level) to support and optimize our publishing operations. In this role, you'll work closely with our Publishing Producer, coordinating the publishing pipeline from the first contact with external studios through testing and reporting. You'll help ensure that projects move smoothly, information stays accurate, and every stage of the process is completed on time.

• Source and reach out to mobile game studios, conduct initial qualification, and coordinate introductory calls.
• Support external studios throughout the publishing pipeline, ensuring smooth onboarding and timely progression through each stage.
• Maintain accurate project statuses and next steps in Studio Portal.
• Coordinate communication with external partners and follow up on pending actions.
• Verify game readiness for testing using internal checklists.
• Collect testing data and prepare standardized reports for the Publishing Producer.
• Track deadlines and ensure projects move through the pipeline without operational delays or information loss.
• Keep publishing processes organized, transparent, and up to date.

• Experience as a Project Coordinator, Operations Specialist, Project Manager, or in a similar coordination role.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple parallel projects while maintaining high quality.
• Process-oriented mindset with a passion for structure, checklists, and operational excellence.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent Russian and English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
• Ability to quickly learn new tools and adapt to new processes.
• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of operational workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience in the gaming industry.
• Experience working with external partners or clients.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, project management tools, or task trackers.
• Basic understanding of mobile game publishing or mobile analytics.
