We are growing a portfolio of puzzle and word games, including a flagship title and projects in a growth phase. As we continue to expand our portfolio, we are looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager who will take full ownership of UA strategy and performance across our titles. Our User Acquisition team is lean, so we need a specialist who can run paid acquisition independently while also building a structured, scalable approach to growth and being accountable for the results.

Responsibilities

  • Own User Acquisition results for our puzzle/word game portfolio.
  • Run paid acquisition hands-on for key projects.
  • Maintain performance and stability of the flagship product and grow early-stage (soft-launch) projects.
  • Expand expertise and spend across Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok (and other relevant sources).
  • Plan budgets and growth targets on a 1–3 month horizon.
  • Manage the full UA cycle: hypothesis testing, validation, scaling, and stopping inefficient activities.
  • Work with Product and Analytics to improve LTV and payback.
  • Collaborate with the creative function: generate hypotheses, set briefs, analyze performance, and implement learnings.
  • Provide clear reporting on progress, risks, decisions, and next steps.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of User Acquisition experience in mobile games.
  • Proven experience running paid acquisition and scaling campaigns independently.
  • Strong expertise in at least two channels from the following list: Google Ads, Meta, AppLovin, Apple Search Ads.
  • Understanding of game unit economics with a long payback period.
  • Ability to work with LTV/ROAS metrics, not only CPI.
  • Experience with SKAdNetwork and privacy-related restrictions.
  • Strong background in attribution and analytics (AppsFlyer or Adjust; Firebase or similar tools).
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions and take ownership of outcomes.
  • Experience collaborating closely with Product, Analytics, and Creative teams.
  • English sufficient to communicate with ad platforms and partners.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in puzzle/word games (including hybrid puzzles).
  • Understanding of ASO and the app store as a growth channel.
  • Experience automating reporting and monitoring (spreadsheets, BI tools, alerts).
  • Mentoring experience or managing a small UA team.
  • Strong understanding of core F2P metrics and how they interact.
